Deposit

A deposit of €100 is payable to cover breakages, damage & extra cleaning. 50% of both this deposit & the appropriate rental fee are due at the time of booking. A non-refundable administration fee of €9 will also be debited from your card at this time. The remaining 50% of the deposit & rental fee are due 6 weeks before your arrival.

Cleaning is covered in the rate and a cleaning amount will only be charged from your deposit for exceptional cleaning above the normal amount. It is expected that all utensils used are cleaned by you during your stay and refuse is collected in the bins provided. We undertake to clean all towels, linen, dusting, hoovering, mopping and bathrooms upon your departure.



Check-out

Guests must vacate the cottage by 10.00 am on the morning of departure. The Cottage is available from 5.00 pm for arrivals.Your pets are welcome but, as there is livestock all around, you will need to restrain them.


Bookings

All online bookings will be acknowledged within 2 working days of receipt. A deposit of €100 is required to cover breakages & damages and any extra cleaning that may be required. A payment of 50% of the overall cost (rental + deposit) is required to secure a booking, the balance will become due 6 weeks before your arrival. Payment can be made by credit/debit card, cheque drawn on a € (euro) account or by BACS directly to our bank account. Refund of any deposit due will be made by your original method of payment within 1 week of your departure.
