Directions from Dublin & Waterford

Follow the M9 and get off at Junction 11 for Mullinavat and follow signs for New Ross (R704). Keep on this road for about 5 km until you come to a crossroads at the top of a hill. The right hand turn is signposted to “Anshoon Stud” but you need to take the left hand turn. Follow this road and after about 5 km you will pass “St. Molins Well” marked with a brown sign with white writing on your right. Continue on for approximately 4 km and you will pass a road on you left and the house is the second house on the left after this turn. The main house is painted yellow with a black door. If you come to a road on your left with a sign for “Chapel Hill”, you have passed the house. Turn around and it will now be the second house on your right.

Directions from New Ross

Cross the bridge in New Ross heading towards Waterford. Take the first right hand turn immediately after the bridge. Follow the road (R704) for a further 5 km after you have passed a sign for “Listerlin” and you will come to a crossroads. The left hand turn is signposted towards “Anshoon Stud” but you should take the right hand turn. After approximately 5 km on this road, you will pass “St. Molins Well” marked with a brown sign with white writing on your right. Continue on for approximately 4 km and you will pass a road on you left and the house is the second house on the left after this turn. The main house is painted yellow with a black door. If you come to a road on your left with a sign for “Chapel Hill”, you have passed the house. Turn around and it will now be the second house on your right.

Directions from Thomastown

Cross the bridge in Thomastown, following signs to Waterford. Take the first left hand turn after the bridge signposted for St. Molin’s Well and Emerald Isle Foods. Follow this road for appoximately 2.5 miles (4 Km) and then take a right hand turn signposted for Chapel Hill, St. Molin’s Well and Emerald Isle Foods. Take the first left hand turn which comes up quite quickly and is signposted to Chapel Hill & St. Molin’s Well. Follow this road for approximately 2.5 miles (4 Km) and you will pass a right hand turn signposted for Chapel Hill. We are the 2nd house on the right after this turn.
